PANTECH Group Holdings Bhd in partnership of Al-Otaishan Group will set up its first overseas factory in Saudi Arabia to produce carbon steel fittings for use in the oil and gas industry.

Within three years, it plans to produce pipes and fittings based on alloy there, company executives said.
